Hi all,

Just a short note to let you know that we are currently experiencing a very high workload between now and the end of the year. We're in the process of expanding to take care of the extra work (and have been for a few months now), but "urgent" work is coming faster than we can hire quality staff. We prefer measured growth here at TFG, which means we need to ensure our potential recruits pass the rigours of our testing. Unfortunately multiple time-critical customer demands have led to short term resourcing issues.

While this issue has not caught us by surprise and we have been sourcing suitable staff for a number of months, we still feel that some customers may have not received the attention they deserve over that time period and for that, we apologise. If you have any issues between now and the end of the year regarding your projects, please email Adam direct to discuss.

We're working hard to ensure everyone's expectations can still be met. Thanks for your patience in this time of growth and we look forward to continuing on with you in the years to come.
